Setup and care: service scope
Know what you are purchasing before you continue to Apex Flow Labs’ Stripe checkout.
Assisted setup — $499 once
One supported Windows or Linux machine, one compatible MCP client, up to three agreed public-page extraction recipes and a handoff walkthrough. The customer supplies an appropriate machine and identifies the public sources. Hosting, proxies, custom application development, login scraping and guaranteed access to every website are excluded. Confirm scope and delivery scheduling with Apex Flow Labs before paying.
Engine care — $99 per month
For one existing installation: one monthly engine health review and up to 30 minutes of recipe maintenance per billing month. Additional work is separately quoted. This is a manual support service, not hosted scraping credits, unlimited extraction or an uptime guarantee. The subscription renews monthly until canceled. Cancel renewal in the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.
Payment and delivery
Payments are processed by Apex Flow Labs using its existing Stripe account. A payment does not automatically create a hosted scraper account. After payment, follow the intake instructions and provide the project details needed to schedule the work. Never send passwords or API keys in an email or checkout field.
Cancellations and questions
Contact hello@apexflowlabs.com before paying if scope or timing is unclear. Setup canceled before work begins is eligible for a full refund. If Apex cannot deliver the agreed work, contact us to resolve or refund the undelivered service. Use the billing portal to stop future care renewals.
